We at ROSC are very proud of the comittment and compassion shown by our team. We have collectively over 100 years of childcare experience and a variety of skills and qualifications from sports coaching to STEM and from arts and crafts to outdoor activities. The team are all registered with the SSSC and work hard to ensure their knowledge and skills are kept up to date. But what makes them really special is that they really care about the children at ROSC. They have all given their time and resources too give the children a great experience here at ROSC.

GRACE BERRY - Head of Service BA in Childcare Studies
"Working in childcare is very rewarding with no day the same. My passion is to ensure that every child benefits from better experiences by creating a warm nurturing environment where children want to be. I feel very passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives.I love the new things we learn from the children, the funny and quirky things they say and do that make your day."
Interests & Hobbies: Spending time with family, swimming, going walks with the dogs.

"I love working at ROSC as I am just a big kid myself! All joking aside, it is the most rewarding job I have ever had. Making even a small positive difference to a child as they grow up is what makes it all worth while."
Favourite ROSC activity: I love exciting outdoor activities like making rope swings and go-Karts. Inside, I love teaching the older kids new board games. Current games include 'King of Tokyo' and 'Exploding Kittens'
Interests & Hobbies: I love travelling and being outside, either walking in the countryside or paddling on the water. On wet and windy evenings nothing is better than getting the family over for a takeaway and a boardgame night!
Interesting fact about me: I am a qualified lifeguard and I used to teach Kayaking

Favourite ROSC activity: Arts & Crafts as I am creative and the kids love making things.
Interests & Hobbies: Spending time with family & friends, walking my dog Trevor, eating out, going to music gigs/festivals.
Interesting fact about me: I used to run a resturant on a small Scottish Island.

I have worked in childcare settings for about 3 years now and I am currently at university studying my honours degree in education.Some of my favourite activites to do is explore the outdoors, play board games and puzzles and play sports.
